Steps:
1 Go into Pet Society and Enter to Stylist Shop
2 Choose dark blue color (Dont click " √ " yet)
3 Open Cheat engine 5.X, Setting (Hex, 4bytes, ASROM)
4 Scan "405B8B", many addresses should returned
5 Double click on all the results. (let it record all the results at the table below)
6 Goto this page http://html-color-codes.info/codigos-de-colores-hexadecimales/ or select color from below 
7 Select the color you want
8 Copy the color code without "#"
9 Back to Cheat Engine and change all the value "0x00405B8B" from the table below to your color code
   (Example : If your color code is #FFFFFF then change all "0x00405B8B" - > "0x00FFFFFF")
10 Now you can click " √ " to make change of the color.
