Steps:

1. Go into Gangster City [click to play].
2. Open Cheat Engine and select browser in the process list.
3. Settings will be [Hex, 8 Bytes, Also scan read only memory]
4. Scan "F685000000B0808B" 
5. 1 address returned. Right click Disassemble (If more than 1, select the 1 address)
6. Right click selected code and select 'Replace with code that does nothing'.
7. Go back Gangster City to see the result.
   *** Can Save but cannot record the money.
