Steps:

1. Go into Gangster City [click to play].
2. Do a job to make your stamina value change.
3. Open Cheat Engine and select browser in the process list.
4. Settings will be [Hex, Array of Bytes, Also scan read only memory]
5. Scan "89 88 A8 00 00 00 C7 45 FC 07" 
6. 1 address returned. Right click Disassemble
7. Right click selected code and select 'Replace with code that does nothing'.
8. Go back Gangster City to do any job to see the result.
